Kits purchased directly from PowerTronmic do not contain a CKP (Crank Position Sensor) interface in the harness, so there is no rev extender function. The function of the CKP interface is to enable the rev extender.
With our heads and throttle bodies, these 865 engines can continue to build power well beyond the stock rev limit. PowerTronic custom make all our kits for us with wiring harnesses that include the CKP interface.
