The high-strength and super-lightweight Titanium 6Al-4V grade studs are the perfect replacement to complement your custom or race exhaust. The OEM studs and nuts can be difficult to keep tight in racing applications and often result in inadequate clamping force, resulting in leaks. They are also prone to corrosion, making them difficult to remove and reuse.
Revelry Racing titanium stud incorporates a hex key tip that allows them to be easily installed using an Allen wrench. Titanium 12-point locking nuts and washers are included. These all-metal locking nuts have no plastic inserts of any kind. They’re effective under even the harshest conditions, extreme temperatures and work well under a high level of vibration. Note: Locking nuts will wind on freely until they hit the metal inserts at the top of the nut, then a 12-point socket is required to tighten nut all the way down.
