Orders and Shipping

Every effort is made to ship produucts as soon as possibe. If they are in stock at our Sydney location they are generally shipped the day the order is received or the next business day. If they are not availablle in Sydney but are available from the Melbourne warehouse they are generaally dispatched from Sydney the day they arrive. 

If your order is a backorder or special order it will be dispached from Sydney as soon as it arrives from the supplier.

You can click on the My Account icon at the top of this page or simply  tick the Create An Account tickbox when you checkout your first order. Please complete the account registration carefully to be sure we’re able to contact you and process your order correctly.

Click on the My Account icon and, once logged in, click on Addresses to edit your Billing or Shipping address.

Generally, your shipping confirmation email will contain tracking information.

No credit card infomation is ever stored with any order. 

If you create an account you can choose to store a credit card for future purchases if you wish.

All pricing displayed on our site includes GST.

All orders picked up in Sydney or shipped to an Austrlian address include GST.

Orders shipped overseas generally do not include GST. GST exclusive pricing is shown in shopping cart AFTER the shipping address is entered.

The quickest way to tell is put your address in the cart and get a shipping quote.

If the cart gives you a shipping quote we will ship to you.

If you created an account, you can log in using the same email used to place the order and change your shipping address in your profile. Please notify us of the change immediately in case your order is already in process wiith the old address.

If you didn’t create an account you can ring us on the number above.

Before your order has shipped changes are generally no problem. After an order has shipped it will need to go through the returns process.

Yes. As long as the part status is “Available on backorder” you can place an order that will be filled first in best dressed as soon as the our shipment arrives.
